VenturGate does not directly execute trades or hold client funds. All trades are executed through our regulated partner brokers.
5. Risk Acknowledgment

- You may lose some or all of your invested capital

6. Fees and Payments
6.1 Platform Fees
Account registration is free. Certain features or services may be subject to fees, which will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
6.2 Broker Fees
Our partner brokers may charge spreads, commissions, or other fees for executing trades. These fees are separate from any VenturGate fees and are disclosed by the respective broker.
6.3 Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal terms are set by our partner brokers. Processing times vary by payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms — are owned by VenturGate and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Results from using the Services
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENTURGATE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Trading losses or investment decisions
- Actions or inactions of third-party brokers
- Service interruptions or system failures
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to VenturGate in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VenturGate and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution

12.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.3 Jurisdiction
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and VenturGate.
